Andrew died after being attacked in the liverpool city centre in march 2003. he was 18. He left
behind 3 sisters and 1 brother and a niece.
Andrew was a quite and polite and hard working young man, and even after so long we will never
understand why these people would want to harm him.
so far no one has been convicted of his murder.
We are now so fed up with the justice system in this country, even when a person is convicted for
killing someone, the sentence is pathetic. we , along with other murder victims family have set up
an oranisation ' life shud b life' and hopefully will change the laws. in june this year we
protested at 10 downing street with about 300 famillies from around the country. next year we would
like everyone to meet us there and make their voices heard.

Law are the same everywhere. I haven't been able so far to convince the court that my son was a man of sport not a man of drug and the drug has been given to him by trick due to the enmity between him and those in whose house my so was when he died. They are gone any way. There sure is a real court in eternity that is very just and will take care of the issue shortly. Peace be on them both and patience for us to cope with their absence with us.

hello m8 its anthony ion i used 2 work with u 4 jarvis wen u was tuk away. me n a few ov the lads with our supreviser [brian]went 2 ur funeral 2 pay r respects 2 u m8. u was a very gud lad who worked hard on r course we ad a few laughs 2gether n played footy on r dinner hour even tho u was a red hot blue nose we used 2 call u stevie gerrard 2 take the mick out ov u cos we thort that u looked like him a bit lol. we cudnot believe wat happend 2 u. we herd it on the radio n news the on the next day. on the way 2 work. we worked in anfield in all,saints primary skool 4 jarvis. i finnished my 6 months jarvis corse wish u was with us m8 we ad a gud time r..i..p.. m8
Today it would be wonderful to see you laugh or smile but heaven lent you to this world for just a little while, and in that short but precious time you brought along much love and all that love is with you now in heaven up above, your leaving caused so many tears and such a lot of pain but god needed one more angel so he took you back again.

Why is it always the good lads ? All my sympathy goes out to your family who have to live a life sentence every day of their lives . What for ? So gangs of drunken yobs can get their kicks out of killing innocent people. Hope you are at Peace Andrew , I know you will be because you are a good soul. I just wanted to say im terribly sorry for your loss. Its such a shame that such a beautiful boys life has been taken away. This is why we all have to fight for justice, justice that all our familys deserve.I lost my big cousin to the same situation. He younger than me and yet at this age people are constantly telling you that youve got your whole life ahead of you. Well in andrews instance, this isnt the case. Something has to be done, LIFE SHOULD MEAN LIFE. I was at the walk of justice in london and i really felt it was the start of what could be anew beggining, we all need to pull together and ask not for sympathy, but for justice.
